We have 5 types of memberships as follows:

  1. 4 Private Classes Package
  2. 8 Private Classes Package
  3. 12 Private Classes Package
  4. 16 Private Classes Package
  5. 20 Private Classes Package

First, go to your dashboard on TeamUp, and click “Memberships.” Then, click on “Details” or “View Details” in any active membership(s) you would like to cancel. Click “Cancel” and confirm the cancellation by clicking “Cancel Membership.”

Note: You will still have access to Bright Lingua for all of the time you have paid for. At the end of the billing period, the cancellation will be processed, and you’ll lose access.

If your payment doesn’t go through, you will need to update your credit card information. If you need further assistance, please contact support at info@brightlingua.com

Yes, you will get reminders sent via email. Two reminders will be sent out.  The first one will be sent 24 hours before (where you can fill out a survey with the class objectives) and a second one will be sent ten minutes earlier every class (where you can click on the orange button of Join to open the assigned Zoom classroom).

NOTE: The classes you book are based on EST.

You can schedule classes Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST and Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST.

You can schedule classes up to 30 minutes before they start.

First, go to your dashboard, then click “Schedule.” Click the upcoming class and click on “Open video link".

First, sign up HERE, then go to “Memberships” and choose our “Spanish Free Trial Class” membership. Then, book your 1-hour class by selecting your teacher and their time available in the “Appointment” section.

TIME ZONE NOTE: Please remember our platform is set up with Easter Time, so have that in mind when scheduling your classes, be sure the time selected is suitable for you according to your time zone. To compare your timezone, you can use this link: https://dateful.com/time-zone-converter

The teacher will wait up to 10 minutes after your scheduled class has started. If you cannot make it, try to cancel at least 3 hours before the class begins or reach us by email or live chat. 

First, go to your dashboard, then click on “Schedule.” Click the upcoming class and click on “Cancel Appointment.”

NOTE: We have a 3-hour cancellation policy. You may cancel any class reservation at least 3 hours before class starts with no penalty, and the class credit will be available for you to rebook.

A class canceled less than 3 hours before start time is considered a "Late Cancel" and will be forfeited.

A class booked but not attended is considered a "No Show" and will be forfeited.

If a user schedules two or more consecutive classes in a row and the user does not show up after 10 minutes or doesn't show up at all for the first scheduled slot,  Bright Lingua will automatically cancel the following slots/classes scheduled.

First, go to your dashboard on TeamUp, and click “Appointments.” Then, book your class(es) by selecting your teacher and the time available.

To use Zoom follow these steps:

  1. Download Zoom here and create a free account. It’s better if you create an account with Google.
  2. Click on the link you will receive whenever you book a class on your mailbox or “My classes” on your dashboard.
  3. When it’s time for your class, simply launch Zoom.
  4. Select if you would like to connect audio and/or video.
  5. Click “Join”.

You just need a suitable internet connection and a Zoom account to attend classes. You can take lessons at home, office, or anywhere on any device via Zoom. However, we strongly recommend using a computer to maximize your learning experience.

Yes, you can have classes with any of our excellent teachers! All teachers are qualified and experienced. You can get to know our teachers by watching their video presentations.

When you book a class “By teacher,” it will appear all the hours a teacher is available during the week.

Yes, you can! After completing a sublevel, you will receive a digital badge; when you complete a level, you will get a digital diploma.

When you subscribe, you can access all resources available in the On Demand section, such as presentations and videos in our digital library.

There are six levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, and C2. Moreover, each level has its sublevel (A1.1, A1.2, A2.1, A2.2, B1.1, B1.2, B2.1, and B2.2).

Our method is focused on your progress. High-qualified teachers adapt to your learning purposes to help you go through the different levels in our Spanish program. Orientation from the beginning,  our teachers will support your learning path at every step. Learn the basics of communicating and choose among the different options for your learning progress, such as Bright Path (following our curriculum), Conversation Path (focused on Speaking), or Spanish Advisory Classes, in which you can work on both paths with the same or different teacher(s).
